Beauty Revived 50 Beautiful Children Call For Nominations

I am honored to have been selected to participate in Beauty Revived's 2017 50 Beautiful Children Campaign. I was selected from a pool of applicants from all over the US and abroad to participate in this amazing campaign! It is important to me to use my art to spread light and inspiration in the world and I am thrilled to be able to donate my services to celebrate a unique and inspiring child in Hampton Roads who does meaningful work to make the world a better place.

The mission of Beauty Revived is to tell the stories of real women and children with real beauty. Photographers donate one session to a deserving woman or child who shows attributes of kindness, courage and strength. These sessions are featured on the Beauty Revived website. Beauty Revived was established in 2014 and has held 13 national campaigns, has a network of 1500 photographers and has told the stories of 600 women in print with 9 magazines published.

Eligible candidates include children between the ages of 2-17 that exemplify goodness and/or service through their actions. The chosen candidate will participate in a photo session & interview with me and then be 1 of 50 children featured on the Beauty Revived Blog, website and in Beauty Revived’s August/September magazine! They will also receive complimentary images from their portrait session with Melissa Bliss Photography.

Nominations will be accepted through May 30, 2017. Nominee and family must be available and willing to travel within Hampton Roads for a portrait session between May 31-June 24, 2017. If the child is selected, a parent/guardian will need to sign a photo/media release for his or her images and story to be shared on social media, the website, and in the magazine.
